Delivery times
Delivery time is 3 to 10 days for shipments to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands (Spain) and 1 to 5 days for shipments to the Canary Islands. This period includes processing in the warehouse or point of sale, and the period from transporting the order until delivery.
✔ Shipments to the rest of European countries have a delivery time of between 3 and 15 days, depending on the delivery address and the status of transport. Currently the conflicts in Europe and the world in general mean that some shipments have a higher transit time than normal, we hope you can understand this.
Transport
At Casa del Perfume Canario Online we continuously monitor the shipment of each purchase, given the possibility that the carrier has problems finding your address or has tried to make the delivery when no one was home.

✔ Once the purchase is made, you can ask us for a tracking code for your order if you want to check the exact delivery day.
Picked up at the store
You can pick up your order in our stores. During the purchase process, select the «Store Pickup» option and then the center where you want us to deliver your purchase. All our stores do not have the same products that are available on the website, in which case we will prepare your order in our warehouse and send it to the store. Once the order is prepared and ready to pick up, we will notify you by email.
Customs fees
For orders in the Canary Islands there are no customs fees, we ship from the islands.
For orders to the peninsula and the European Community, customs fees are included in the price you have paid, your shipment will be made from our warehouse on the Peninsula. If you place an order outside the Economic Community, the sale will be made without taxes, and the buyer must be responsible for the relevant customs and taxes in the destination country.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for health reasons, returns are not allowed, except in case of error on our part in the product sent. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Shipping costs for the Canary Islands, Peninsula, Portugal and the Balearic Islands are €5.90 (taxes not included). Make a purchase over €50 and shipping costs will be free.
